Another week, another 5 and a half pounds. At this point, I seriously have no idea how I keep losing this much. I'm now down 109.2 pounds, which is just surreal.
Next Wednesday I offically start "transition". I say "offically" because I AM A CHEATER. Or according to the hardcore ones, I am. I usually go out to lunch thursdays and Saturdays, and to the parents' for dinner on Sundays. "Out to lunch" involves a salad bar, or some place that sells healthy small portions of grub.
So like, whatever. Everyone keeps saying that I should extend "full fast" but I AM FUCKING SICK OF OPTIFAST AND WANT IT TO DIE A SLOW DEATH. Ahem, I mean, it's a little old. By "a little old" I really mean it makes me want to vomit, but that's A-OTAY!
Anyway, I hardly ever blog about it because it's gotten sickeningly easy. Aside from the fact that the liquid shakes make me want to vomit, I have no problem with the bars and am trying the soup tonight.
So odd to be down almost 110 pounds. It just fucks with me.
