We all need them, and I know they are different for every one of us. What I do know is if I had kept going down the road I was headed, my life would be over half over by now (statistically speaking). Now that I&#39;m biking every day, and I&#39;ve started running (don&#39;t ask me why, I think perhaps I&#39;ve lost my sanity, but that&#39;s another topic). I feel better today than I have any other day in my entire life. I just spent lunch running (ok, run / walk/ run/ walking, but you get the idea) :) And I feel freaking awesome!<br /><br />At my heaviest I was 299. I&#39;m currently 250.8, and on my way back down.
